02/26/12

I went to University district to buy another black shirt for work. Since I only have one pair of a black shirt and a trouser, I figured that I needed to buy one more( save time and energy for washing and drying them so often). I found a well fit one from Buffalo Exchange for $9. Decided to walk around in the area, I went to the used bookstore Magus Books and found a huge poetry section filled with good books. The lady clerk was very enthusiastic and friendly. I thought this was just about my kind of bookstore. Though I'm not an American by heart and couldn't chit-chat well( partly due to my left ear numbness), the place was really good. I got myself three books--Where Were We Now, an essay about poetry by Cid Coreman, a like-new Shuntaro Tanikawa's NAKED, and a really extraordinary Alan Watts quote-like picture book.
